Clean Water & Sanitation Fund

Your support will enable us to reach 99,748 people, including 30,194 children, with clean water and sanitation through water provision projects in these vulnerable places.

IN RURAL VILLAGES: MALAWI

In Mpalo Area Programme, uneven water distribution forces disadvantaged communities to rely on unsafe sources. World Vision will build a mechanized water system with boreholes, tanks, and disability- and gender-inclusive collection points, while training locals to maintain it for long-term sustainability.

IN DISASTER-PRONE AREAS: BANGLADESH

In Tahirpur, communities are at risk of facing severe flooding, which often destroys crops, homes, and water systems. To strengthen disaster preparedness, World Vision will install solar-powered deep tube wells, ensure schools have clean water year-round, and safeguard water systems from rising flood levels.

IN URBAN-POOR & SLUM AREAS: VIETNAM

In District 4, slum communities lack proper water, sanitation, and waste management infrastructure. Prone to high tides and flooding, streets and alleys become breeding grounds for mosquitoes that spread diseases like dengue fever and HFMD. To protect children, World Vision will repair wastewater systems, upgrade school handwashing stations, and educate teachers and students on disease prevention.

Your support will help us enable more children to have access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene.
