Bangladesh - Help child labourers go back to school
About 1.7 million children in Bangladesh are labourers.
Most of these children live in urban slums and hard-to-reach or disaster-prone areas. Their families often struggle with daily livelihood, leading to the children dropping out of school in order to work alongside the family, or because they are unable to afford school fees. Help child labourers withdraw from hazardous work, and enrol them into non-formal education to catch up with their peers so they can return back to school.
