This February 2025, we'll be heading to Sambour, Cambodia.
Join us on an inspiring journey to Cambodia and see firsthand the transformative power of Child Sponsorship in the lives of children and their communities.
Highlights of the trip include:
- Visit Most Vulnerable Family household and learn how to cultivate vegetables
- See the impact of the provision of piped water connection system to households
- Visit a local primary school building that has benefitted from the infrastructure enhancement provision by World Vision and participate in a Reading Camp
- Spending quality time with your sponsored children and their families

Trip Details
Date: 24-28 February 2025
Trip Fee: SGD 750 /- (Covers land transport, accommodation and meals)*
Destination: Sambour, Cambodia
No of Pax: 20 Pax
*International return flights from Singapore to Cambodia are excluded from trip fee.
The trip itinerary will include:
Day 1: 24 February 2025
- Depart from Singapore to Phnom Penh
- Road trip to Kratie Province (6 hours)
- Check into hotel
Day 2: 25 February 2025
- Travel to Sambour Area Programme by boat and tractor
- Visit local primary school to see the progress made for the school in areas of WASH and school supplies
- Visit Most Vulnerable Family household
Day 3: 26 February 2025
- Travel by boat and tractor to Area Programme Village
- Visit households who have benefitted from piped water connection system
- Visit a Health Centre
- Participate in a reading camp for children
Day 4: 27 February 2025
- Interaction and games with sponsored children and their families
- Visit completed school improvement project and participate in tree planting session at the school
Day 5: 28 February 2025
- Depart Sambour Area Programme and travel back to Phnom Penh
- Flight back to Singapore
Trip slots are limited to 20 pax ONLY. If you would like to join us, please sign up and pay the trip fee before 9 December 2024.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your trip slot is confirmed upon payment.
International air flight tickets and travel insurance are excluded from the trip fee.
Flight tickets, travel insurance and visa are to be purchased by the tripper individually.
We will be sharing the recommended flight details after trip confirmation on 9 December 2024.
All participants will have a compulsory pre-trip briefing on 21 January 2025 over ZOOM. More details will follow after your registration.
*Travel Advisory
Due to limited accessibility in certain villages within the Sambour Area Programme, the trip will include tractor rides and boat rides. Individuals are advised to assess one’s physical health and conditions for this trip before signing up.
For anyone with pre-existing health conditions, please seek your doctor’s advice and be certified fit for the road trip before signing up.
