World Vision youths reflect on Bo Kluea, Thailand
Letter from World Vision Youth Ambassadors (Batch of 2009)

The Youth Ambassador’s Programme (YAP) community work trip to Bo Kluea Thailand, 3rd to 8th January 2010, was a whole new experience for many of us.

It encompassed the opportunity for us to interact with children of an entirely different background and the ability for them to sympathise with the plight of the less fortunate.

It was a blessing for us to meet such wonderful children and to see how World Vision, through its beliefs and actions, has helped the villages.

After visiting homes that have benefited from the extra crops and healthy livestock supplied by World Vision's Area Development Programme, we are heartened by the conviction that World Vision is committed to improving their living conditions.

We are more determined to spread the awareness about YAP and World Vision, so that more needy people in the world can receive the same assistance and get out of the poverty cycle.
